RBC have a fully staffed dedicated office with permanent personnel available to deal with any aspect of the business to satisfy your requirements.

Key to delivering this, is our directly employed labour force which currently stands at in excess of 40 operatives - which we supplement with carefully vetted sub-contract labour to suit higher levels of demands when needed. A number of our employees have worked for us since the company was founded and several others for many years. This has allowed us to develop the company approach and roll this out to all our employees with consistency.

Our approach is one of "can do", we are proactive and eager to find solutions to difficulties which inevitably occur in construction. Having the skills, expertise and knowledge base through experience and training to be able to ensure success.

RBC operate an in house safety and management system developed by leading professionals in this field which is regularly reviewed and updated to ensure compliance with the latest changes to the laws and factors governing our industry. An integral part of this is training, by having our own workforce, we can ensure the right person is available for the right job at the right time on your project.

All our operatives hold CSCS cards (100% compliance) with key supervisors having passed the SSSTS training course. Management staff having undertaken the SMSTS option.
